Paintings:

• All paintings available on our website are considered final sales. We do not offer returns or refunds for paintings purchased.

Damaged Box:

• In the unfortunate event that the box containing your painting arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
  1. Do not open the damaged box.
  2. Do not sign for the package.
  3. Take digital images of the damaged box.
  4. Contact us via the website's contact page and attach the digital images.
• Once we receive the undamaged, unopened box and confirm the damage occurred during shipping, we will process a refund for your purchase.

Damaged Painting:

• If your painting arrives with damage, but the box is undamaged, please follow these steps:
  1. Take digital images of the damaged painting.
  2. Contact us via the website's contact form within 3 business days of receiving the package and attach the digital images.
• If it is determined that the carrier caused the damage, we will process a refund upon the return of the painting.

Prints:

• For any printing errors on prints, please follow these steps:
  1. Take images of the printing errors.
  2. Contact us via the website's contact form within 7 business days upon receiving the print and attach the images.
• If it is a printing error, we will either issue a refund or provide a replacement, as per your request.

Commissioned Work:

• Commissioned work is governed by the terms outlined in the commissioned work contract. Once the contract has been signed and agreed upon by both the artist and the purchaser, there will be no refunds or exchanges once the commissioned work has begun.

Please note that we take every precaution to carefully package our paintings and prints to prevent damage during shipping. However, accidents can occasionally occur.

We do not offer refunds or returns for any original or commissioned acrylic paintings.
